My rate $125.00 per 50-minute hour & $200.00 for extended session.
Rates may differ for couples and families sessions longer than 50-minutes are recommended.
limited number of openings available for a sliding fee these appt times must be booked before 1pm.
Phone Sessions Global. Home visits w/in allowed distance travel time and expenses will incur.
Insurance and Payment
Payment options include insurance billing, private pay, and out-of-network billing. As an insurance contracted and/or preferred provider, I accept the hourly rate allowed by each insurance plan.
Verification of insurance benefits may be available prior to the initial appointment; please feel free to ask.
Co-pay, co-insurance or deductible paid and all sessions paid at time of service is appreciated.
